Welcome to EstateFlow. These Terms govern your use of our platform at estateflow.top and our services related to real estate transaction processing.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our site, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

EstateFlow offers the following:

• Real estate transaction processing services.
• Digital infoproducts (guides, templates, training materials).
• Physical goods (office supplies, branded merchandise).

3. Use of Services

Users must comply with all applicable laws and provide accurate information when engaging our offerings.

4. Pricing and Fees

All fees are due upon scheduling or purchase. Payment methods are accepted as listed at checkout.

5. Reimbursement Policy

We offer reimbursement options based on the type of offering purchased:

5.1 Service Reimbursement

For real estate transaction processing services, users may request a reimbursement within 7 days of purchase if no significant work has been completed. To qualify, send a request to our support team. Approved reimbursements will be processed via the original payment method within 10 business days. Alternatively, users may choose to transfer the scheduled service to another date or individual at no extra charge.

Specialized services that involve third-party coordination or custom work are not eligible for reimbursement once work has commenced. This ensures timely coordination with all parties involved in a transaction.

5.2 Infoproduct Reimbursement

Digital materials may be eligible for a reimbursement within 14 days of purchase, provided that no more than 20% of the content has been accessed or downloaded. Approved reimbursements will be processed via the original payment method within 7 business days. Transfers of license are not available for digital materials.

5.3 Goods Reimbursement

Physical items may be eligible for a reimbursement within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in unused condition. To request, contact our support team to receive shipping instructions. Once the item is received and inspected, reimbursement will be processed via the original payment method within 10 business days. Shipping costs may not be reimbursed.

6. Transfer of Services

Users may transfer scheduled real estate transaction processing services to another individual or date by contacting support at least 48 hours in advance.

7. Limitation of Liability

EstateFlow is not responsible for indirect damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid during the prior 6 months.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
